Type: Gum lever hoods. Factory converted to take hidden cables.
Extra info: These brake levers were manufactured at the time when brake cables started to be hidden under handlebar tape. To accommodate either cable routing method, Campagnolo did an in-house modification involving adding a cam inside their standard brake levers so the customer could route the brake cables in the traditional or new concealed manner.
